Five problems in vulcanizing machine production.


Problem 1 of vulcanization machine: when heating, the heating plate temperature is not uniform, resulting in the phenomenon that part of the joint can not be tightly bonded, should be checked according to the following steps.


1. Check whether the heat insulation board is damaged or not, which is an important reason for the uneven heating temperature when the insulation board is broken.

2. The problem of vulcanization machine 2: due to the improper preservation or the collision in the use process, the water pressure plate should be inspected according to the following procedures.


1. Check the water seepage area, the surface of the water pressure plate or the contact ground between the surrounding rubber and the water pressure plate. If it is a leak in the four sides, all the screws should be tightened in order.

2. If the leaking part is the surface of the water pressure plate, the leakage part is the needle, in rush repair.

The condition can be repaired with 520 glue, but after repair, the panel should be replaced.

3. If the water leakage is serious, the water pressure plate must be replaced.


Problem of vulcanizing machine 3:

After the vulcanization ends in the use of individual users, the tape is bonded to the heating plate.
The reason for this problem is that the user is not in the middle of the heating plate in the middle of the heating plate, which is required to cover the newspaper or talc powder.
The heating plate is directly connected with the conveyor belt.

1. Check whether the inlet port of the water pressure plate is due to the over-tightening of the frame bolt.

2. Check whether there is air leakage or loose joints in the manual pump, and tighten it.

Check whether the washers of the hydraulic pump are broken.


Problem 5 of vulcanization machine: the heating process is longer or the temperature cannot reach 145. The above problems should be checked according to the following steps.

1. The above two normal but cannot warm up, can check whether the insulation board is damp, if the insulation board.

After the water is wet, it is necessary to use the heating plate to dry the temperature before the temperature can be reached.

2. If the temperature cannot be increased, check whether the vulcanization time switch in the upper left corner of the control box is opened. If it is opened, the vulcanizing machine has entered the heat preservation stage, and the temperature will not rise naturally.

3. After the above inspection, if it is still unable to warm up, the manufacturer of the four-column hydraulic press should contact.

The manufacturer shall conduct further technical consultation or return to the factory for maintenance.

4. Whether wood insulation board is placed between the heating plate and the rack, such as no wood insulation board or partition.

The hot plate is lost, and then the heat shield is installed to check the temperature.
