Some of our customers are in production, sometimes the trademark of silicone is not strong, one button falls off, and a wash will fall off. We provide some solutions as follows:
1. When the mould is used for the first time, the following factors will affect the product pressure. The mold is cleaned with detergent after sandblasting.
2. Check whether the distance between the stroke and the mold is adjusted.
3. If silicone is two layers , the silicone in the first layer can not be baked too dry, which causes the first layer of glue to roast too long and can not be glued to the new glue.
4. Second, the use of silicone coating is not good, the proportion of silicone ink adjustment is not correct, too dry or too thin will lead to a direct pressure.
