How to make the KPU shoes cover by our machines

1.Put the raw material into the cabinet oven for baking about several hours

2.Then mixing the raw material with color and agent by the mixing machine

3.Put the material into the mold for filling the logo of the mold by hands and then remove the bubble

by the vacuum machine.

4.Put the mold with material into the KPU production line for drying and baking, the production line

with the chain, can move the mold automatically.

5.Put the fabric on the mold, then put the mold into the KPU shoes machine for heating press.

How to Make the Silicone Labels

1.Mixing the color and liquid silicone by using the stirring machine or by hands ,in order to get the mixture ,at the same time, put the color and solid silicone into the gum machine, for getting the mixture ,too.

2,liquid and solid silicone and color had mixed ,and the liquid silicone need to vacuum by vacuum machine, and the solid silicone need to use the cutting machine .

3,filling the mold with liquid silicone by dispensing machine (the logo of the mold can design by yourself),and then need to use the vacuum machine to deflate. then put the mold with logo into the baking machine for drying.

4,put the solid silicone into the mold (with filled by liquid silicone).

5,put the mold into the hydraulic machine to press about 1min(adjustable),the working principle is thermoforming.

6, just open the mold and finish the labels.
