1, material

2. Vulcanizing agent

Vulcanizing agent is an auxiliary agent in the production of silica gel products. For food-grade products, the vulcanizing agent must be removed by the relevant process; for example, boiled, high-temperature baking, etc.; in production, the ratio of vulcanizing agent is not well matched. It will also affect the quality of the product and the efficiency of production.

3, machine pressure

In vulcanization production, the pressure and product ratio must be consistent. If the pressure is not enough, the product will be too thick and not easy to disassemble, resulting in low productivity and increased non-performing rate. Thereby affecting the quality of the corresponding product.

4, temperature

The vulcanization environment factor, the vulcanization temperature should be suitable, the problem of too high or too low will lead to difficult to be detached, and the temperature has an impact on the quality of the product, such as bursting, cracking, unripe, discoloration, etc., resulting in the corresponding products failing to meet the corresponding requirements. Requirements.

5, time

The vulcanization time also needs good control. If the vulcanization time is too long, the product will become brittle. If the vulcanization time is too short, the vulcanization process will not be effective, so the vulcanization must be controlled.

6, mold

Problems with the forming mold, if the mold is unreasonable in design, the molding mold is used too long, the forming mold is seriously worn, and the quality of the forming mold is not enough, it will be difficult to remove the edge after production molding. Or the product size and shape made do not meet the requirements.
